- Milk of your choice150 ml
- Honey to taste
- Vanilla essence to taste
- Strawberry5 unit(s)
- Fruit Granola50 g
- Mix the chia with the milk, the vanilla essence and the honey, and take it to the fridge (it will be liquid but don't worry, the chia swells it will double in volume)
- In the glass, put the chopped strawberries in the base, then the granola and finish with the chia pudding that was in the fridge
- You can use the fruit of your choice and the milk can also be vegetable or animal.
