- milk of your choice1 cup
- chia4 tablespoon
- honey1 dessert spoon
- Put the milk in a glass jar (which has a lid).
- mix chia with milk.
- add some honey to the mixture and stir.
- cover the pot and reserve in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
- then just take it out of the fridge and assemble with whatever you prefer to eat together!
