- Salt to taste
- Cooked and shredded chicken to taste
- cherry tomato to taste
- Arugula to taste
- Sliced Mozzarella1 unit(s)
- Beat the egg and 2 tablespoons of tapioca in a bowl with a fork. Put salt to taste.
- In a non-stick skillet over low heat, place the mixture and let it brown on both sides.
- Then add a slice of mozzarella, the chicken and the tomato. Fold in half and let it heat up so the mozzarella can melt.
- Turn off the heat and open the crepioca again to add the arugula. Ready, you can now taste your crepioca.
