- Stuffing: Cook and shred the chicken. Season with your favorite seasonings and wait for it to cool.
- Pasta: heat the milk, chicken stock and butter over medium heat. Wait for it to boil and add the wheat flour and salt quickly, that is, all at once.
- Stir with a wooden spoon and knead until it is very homogeneous and begins to unglue from the bottom of the pan.
- Dust a worktop with flour and transfer the dough to it. When cool, knead and knead until the dough is very smooth.
- Now just assemble the drumstick! Separate a piece of the dough, open it in a circular shape in your hand, fill with catupiry and chicken and model in the shape of the coxinha.
- Pass the drumsticks in a container with milk, and then in the breadcrumbs.
- When the oil is very hot add the drumsticks little by little and fry until golden!
