- Put the skinless chicken breast to cook, add the chicken broth. Stick a fork to see if it's cooked well, then shred or moua.
- Cut the onion, chop it very small, put it in a pan with a little oil to sauté, add the ground or shredded chicken, the garlic, and seasonings to taste.
- Pasta In a pan, put the water, the milk and the spoon of butter, and let it boil.
- Add the wheat flour. Mix quickly so the dough doesn't clump, until it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan, I prefer to use non-stick pans. Let cool and set aside.
- MOUNTING Take the cooled dough and make balls. Open the dough in your hand and put the stuffing, and model the coxinha.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs! Then dip the coxinha in the beaten egg then in the breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil, remove with a slotted spoon, drain well, place on a plate with paper towels to dry.
- Serve and enjoy! Tip: This dough can be used with other fillings!
