- Chicken Breast1 kg
- Mozzarella Cheese500 g
- Ham400 g
- Lasagna pasta1 unit(s)
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- Cook the chicken breast, if you prefer, cook it in the pressure cooker without oil, just the water, the chicken and a shallow spoon of salt.
- After the chicken is cooked, chop an onion and sauté it with butter in another pan, add the chicken and add the seasoning of your choice.
- Mounting : In a medium form put two ladles of your sauce.
- Make a layer of lasagna noodles, cover with a layer of Ham, a layer of Cheese, a layer of Chicken and a layer of cream. (Always in that order).
- To finish, cover the lasagna with cream and cheese, I put potato straw and sprinkled with oregano. It's delicious.
- Bake in the oven at medium temperature for about 30 to 40 minutes.
