- Mayonnaise250 g
- Mustard1 teaspoon
- Colorau to taste
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Coriander and chives to taste
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Chop the onion into very small pieces, set aside.
- Season the chicken breast with paprika, salt and pepper. And cut into medium cubes.
- Fry the chicken cubes in the oil until golden brown. Here's a tip, put them spread out in the hot skillet and just turn the other side to fry when they're golden.
- Crush or shred the chicken and place the shredded chicken in a bowl.
- Add the onion, mayonnaise, mustard, cilantro, chives and black pepper to the chicken.
- Serve with toast.
