  • Chicken breast1 unit(s)
  • Mayonnaise250 g
  • Mustard1 teaspoon
  • Colorau to taste
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Coriander and chives to taste
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Chop the onion into very small pieces, set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breast with paprika, salt and pepper. And cut into medium cubes.
  3. Fry the chicken cubes in the oil until golden brown. Here's a tip, put them spread out in the hot skillet and just turn the other side to fry when they're golden.
  4. Crush or shred the chicken and place the shredded chicken in a bowl.
  5. Add the onion, mayonnaise, mustard, cilantro, chives and black pepper to the chicken.
  6. Serve with toast.
