- Margarine150 g
- Vegetable fat100 g
- Egg Yolk2 unit(s)
- Chicken500 g
- Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Onions2 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Add the flour, margarine, vegetable fat, salt and an egg yolk, mix until a homogeneous mass is formed and let it rest for about twenty minutes in the fridge. .
- Meanwhile prepare the filling. Put the oil in a pan and brown the onion, garlic, tomato and add the shredded chicken, let it cook a little and add the oregano and the green smell.
- Turn off the heat, add the cream and let it cool.
- After covering the pie tins with a little dough, the stuffing and cover the pies.
- Bake in oven at 200° for 30 - 35 minutes
