- Wheat flour500 g
- Shredded Chicken800 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Pot of Cottage Cheese1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce6 tablespoon
- Salt and spices to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Sauté the onion in a pan and then add the garlic and leave it until it starts to brown, add the shredded chicken breast, tomato paste and seasonings of your choice. Let it get very creamy (no dry stuffing) and let it cool while you prepare the dough.
- Place the wheat flour, a pinch of salt and the butter in a bowl and mix with your fingertips until it comes together. (If you notice that it is sticking to your hand, just add a little more wheat flour, if it is still breaking and don't add it, just add a little more butter)
- Use half of the dough to line the baking sheet and the other to cover the filling.
- Put the stuffing on top of the dough and then all the cottage cheese, if you prefer you can mix and add it before the pan, as soon as the stuffing is ready.
- Brush the pie with the egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
