- Creamcheese450 g
- Shredded and braised chicken600 g
- Sesame to taste
- In a bowl, add the wheat and margarine, crumbling with your fingertips until all the flour is penetrated into the margarine.
- Add 2 egg yolks and the salt, stir well until the dough comes away from your hands. If it is sticky, add a little flour and keep adjusting, stirring well to better incorporate the ingredients.
- Open your dough in the pie pans, I used the medium size aluminum pans. For the base I weighed 50g of dough. Weigh all the bases and set aside some of the dough for the lids. For the pie lid I weighed 25g of dough.
- After opening the bases, add the creamcheese to the bottom of your pies, about 50g, then put the chicken about 60g.
- Fill all the pies with this process until finally, close the pies with the lids, brush the yolks on top, finish with sesame or oregano.
- Oven preheated to 200 degrees C. Leave the pies until they are golden brown.
