- Cold unsalted butter200 g
- Salt / 1 tsp5 ml
- Water55 ml

- Cooked and shredded chicken breast1 unit(s)
- Tomato Extract3 tablespoon

- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- **FOR MASS
- Put the flour in a bowl and add the cubed butter. Knead with your fingertips until it forms a crumb.
- Add the salt.
- Add the water little by little, until you get the desired alloy.
- **FOR THE FILLING
- In a pan, brown the onion and garlic in olive oil.
- Add the chicken, tomato paste, salt, nutmeg and water as needed. Let it cook for a while and set aside until cold.
- **MOUNTING
- Divide the dough in 2. Open the 2 parts with the help of a rolling pin.
- Arrange a part under a mold, place the stuffing and the catupiry on top.
- Cover with the other part of dough and bake for 1 hour in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
