- Chicken sausage1 kg
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Gorgonzola50 g
- Tomato1/2 unit(s)
- French bread5 unit(s)
- Sliced Mozzarella200 g
- Green Smell to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Oregano to taste
- In a bowl add the sausages.
- Make a slash with the knife in each one and leave only the stuffing.
- Add the cottage cheese, the gorgonzola, the tomato, the chopped parsley, and the olive oil.
- Mix well!
- Cut the buns in half and fill with a spoon.
- Arrange the buns on a baking sheet.
- Add 1 œ slices of mozzarella to each bun. Sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 35 minutes.
- (CHEEF TIP: Attention!!! The fire has to be low. Otherwise, the bread burns and the sausage is raw).
- Enjoy your food!
