- Bread Flour (Panko)200 g
- Seasonings and stuffing to taste. to taste
- Mash and open the fillets and let them marinate.
- In this recipe I used a little Mozzarella in each Supreme. Making a bundle, secure with toothpicks or string.
- Soak in eggs, pass in wheat flour, one more dip in eggs and coat in bread flour.
- Seal each Supreme in the skillet with butter and oil. Once golden, leave for 20 minutes in the oven at 180°C.
