- Olive oil1/3 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Brown sugar1 tablespoon
- Organic dry yeast for bread1 tablespoon
- Seeds to taste
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Start by mixing the dry ingredients, the flour, the oat flour, the brown sugar, the yeast and the salt.
- In a blender, add the oil, eggs, chickpeas and water to beat.
- Mix the blender with the dry ingredients and take it to a loaf pan and let it rise in a small oven with a mug of hot water together.
- The mug with hot water will form a greenhouse that will help the bread rise! Leave it there for 45 min
- Now finish with seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 min.
