- Green smell, salt and pepper to taste
- Tahini1 teaspoon
- Cook the chickpeas in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes.
- Discard the cooking one. Divide the chickpeas into two parts. Mash one part with the fork and the other part, pass through the processor.
- Gather everything, add the onion, green smell, wheat flour and seasonings.
- Shape the dumplings and brown them in a skillet with olive oil.
