- Chickpeas2 cup

- Cooked corn (I used frozen in a bag)300 g
- Mayonnaise1.5 cup
- Mustard2 cup
- Seasonings to taste
- Start with the carrot: after grated, put a little salt and put it in a sieve while chopping the other ingredients. Before putting it in the mixture, squeeze all the water from the carrot with your hands to make it dry. It is also important to thaw the corn well (if you chose frozen).
- In a large bowl, place the chickpeas, carrots, apple, tomatoes and corn and season with salt, black pepper and seasonings to taste (I added a teaspoon of smoked paprika). Add mayonnaise and mustard, stir well, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- You can serve as a side dish or as a filling for your bun!
- You can also freeze this recipe. Take it to the freezer in jars, it lasts up to 2 months!
