Comece pela cenoura: após ralada, coloque um pouco de sal e coloque em uma peneira enquanto pica os outros ingredientes. Antes de colocar na mistura, esprema bem com as mãos toda a água da cenoura para que fique sequinha.
Importante também descongelar bem o milho (se optou pelo congelado).

Start with the carrot: after grated, put a little salt and put it in a sieve while chopping the other ingredients. Before putting it in the mixture, squeeze all the water from the carrot with your hands to make it dry.
It is also important to thaw the corn well (if you chose frozen).

Em um recipiente grande, coloque o grão de bico, a cenoura, a maçã, os tomates e o milho e tempere com sal, pimenta do reino e temperos a gosto (coloquei uma colher de café de páprica defumada).
Adicione a maionese e a mostarda, mexa bem, prove e ajuste o tempero se necessário.

In a large bowl, place the chickpeas, carrots, apple, tomatoes and corn and season with salt, black pepper and seasonings to taste (I added a teaspoon of smoked paprika).
Add mayonnaise and mustard, stir well, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
