- Soaked Chickpeas300 g
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Lemon pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cook the soaked chickpeas (for at least 6 hours) for 40 minutes after pressing
- After cooked, drain the water. Dry with a dish towel.
- Place the chickpeas in a baking dish, add the seasonings (smoked paprika, lemon pepper, salt and pepper) - you can use any seasonings you want - and the olive oil.
- Mix the spices well with the chickpeas.
- Take it to bake in the oven at 200 degrees until it's crispy.
