- Curry1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Hydrate the chickpeas for at least 12 hours.
- After hydrate, dry the chickpeas with a dish towel and place on a tray greased with olive oil.
- Add the curry and salt to taste, stirring well so that the chickpeas get seasoned on all sides.
- Place in a moderate oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring constantly to cook on all sides.
