- warm milk100 ml
- Mix all the ingredients except the milk in a bowl. Add the warm milk and mix with your hands until it comes to a rolling point.
- Shape the chips to the desired size. Don't make it too big or it won't bake evenly. I make it with and without pepperoni. If you want it with pepper, just mold the chipa and press the pepper on a plate.
- Oven preheated to 200°C Place the chips in a greased shape and bake for approximately 20 minutes. Easy and delicious recipe. Try replacing parmesan with provolone or semi-cured Minas cheese.
