- Milk225 ml
- Demerara sugar1 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Grated coconut (optional)50 g
- 100% cocoa powdered chocolate1 tablespoon
- Brewed coffee (optional)25 ml
- Cinnamon (optional)1 coffee spoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Beat the egg whites until they peak (Manual is better to start using a fork and then the fouet).
- Beat ingredients 02 to 06 in the blender for 2 minutes and then gently turn over the snow whites, always stirring with the fouet.
- Sift the flour and gradually add it to the mixture, stirring gently with the grated coconut to form a white coconut mass. (Coconut is optional, but it makes all the difference in flavor... Lol...)
- Turn 1/3 of the dough into another bowl and add the cocoa, coffee and cinnamon, forming the chocolate dough. (Coffee and cinnamon are optional, but they help to enhance the cocoa flavor.)
- Dissolve the yeast in a little water and divide proportionately between the two doughs. Mix. Pour the white mass in a greased shape and then pour the chocolate mass over it, stirring with a toothpick over the masses to mix them.
- Bake at 180 degrees (preheated) for about 35 minutes.
