- Recipe
- Eggs5 unit(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Chocolate powder1 cup
- Flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Topping Ingredients - Condensed Milk2 can(s)
- Chocolate powder4 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Chocolate sprinkles1 unit(s)
- 1. In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar and beat. Then add the milk little by little. 2. Add the wheat flour and mix well, then add the chocolate powder and mix well. 3. Lastly, add the yeast and mix. 4. The dough should be very light and fluffy, so add the milk little by little so you don't miss the point. 5. Place in a greased and floured shape (about 26x33 cm or 30cm in diameter) (if you prefer, grease the shape and sprinkle powdered chocolate, replacing the flour, so the cake will be more scruffy). Bake in medium oven, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, about 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the oven.
- cover preparation 1. Take the condensed milk, chocolate powder and margarine to medium/low heat in a pan and mix well until it comes off the pan (brigadeiro point), turn off and set aside. 2. After your cake is ready, wet it with a little milk and then pour the icing on it and spread it out completely. 3. Sprinkle the sprinkles covering the entire cake. And it's done!
