- Demerara sugar1 cup

- Butter125 g
- Strong strained coffee300 ml
- Filtered water250 ml
- 100% cocoa powder1/2 cup
- Chocolate powder1/2 cup
- Whole wheat flour2 cup
- White wheat flour1/2 cup
- Salt and Cinnamon1 coffee spoon
- Baking soda1 coffee spoon
- Baking powder2 tablespoon
- Coconut oil (optional)1 tablespoon
- Butter (Slurry)120 g
- Canned condensed milk (syrup)1 unit(s)
- Chocolate powder (syrup)3 tablespoon
- Sour cream (syrup)200 ml
- Pasta: Beat the egg and sugar until completely dissolved. Add the butter and beat until obtaining a homogeneous cream.
- Add the very strong brewed coffee (300 ml of water for 3 tablespoons of extra strong coffee) and the water. Mix.
- Gradually add the cocoa, chocolate and flour, mixing slowly between each addition. Add the salt, cinnamon and coconut oil. Mix.
- Mix the bicarbonate and the yeast, dissolving well to avoid lumps. Oven: Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees in a large greased pan for about 35 minutes.
- Syrup: While the cake is baking, prepare the conventional brigadeiro and let it boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame and add the cream. Mix well and leave in the fridge until the cake is set.
- Unmold the cake, let it cool and serve with the syrup.
