- Recipe
- DOUGH: Eggs3 unit(s)
- DOUGH: Sugar1 cup
- MASS: Oil1/2 cup
- PASTA: Hot water1 cup
- DOUGH: Wheat Flour2 cup
- DOUGH: Chocolate powder (32%)1 cup
- DOUGH: Bicarbonate (optional)0/1 coffee spoon
- PASTA: Pinch of salt1 to taste
- DOUGH: Baking powder1 tablespoon
- MOUSSE: Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- MOUSSE: Sour cream2 unit(s)
- MOUSSE: Passion Fruit Pulp5 unit(s)
- PASTA: in the blender, beat the eggs, sugar and oil for 1 minute.
- DOUGH: then add the water and beat for another 2 minutes.
- MASS: Separately, place the wheat flour, chocolate powder, salt and mix well in a bowl. Then pour the beaten ingredients that are in the blender and stir until a very homogeneous mass. Add the baking powder and bicarbonate of soda and stir just a little more.
- DOUGH: pour this dough in a greased shape with margarine and sprinkled with chocolate. Put the cake to bake at a temperature of 180°, for about 40 minutes, or until you do the toothpick test and it comes out clean.
- MOUSSE: in the blender place the cream, condensed milk and beat for 2 minutes. With the blender still on, add the passion fruit pulp and beat for another 3 minutes. Taste to see if it's to your liking, if necessary add more passion fruit pulp until it's the way you like it. Some people like it stronger and others like it softer.
- ASSEMBLY: Crumble the cake and place a layer in a large bowl (or any pot of your choice). Then place a mousse call and then just repeat the process until it's over.
