Ingredients
Recipe

Oil3 tablespoon
Sugar3 tablespoon
Wheat flour without yeast4 cup
Warm water300 ml
Organic Dry Yeast10 g
Chocolate chips1 cup
Gem for brushing1 cup

In a bowl add warm water, sugar and yeast. Mix until all the yeast has returned.
Then add oil and wheat flour, knead the dough until it is very smooth and soft.
Open the dough and put the chocolate chips, then roll the dough like a rocambole.
Unite a form of bread and put the bread to rise for 25 minutes.
After doubling in size, brush with egg yolk and add a few drops of chocolate on top of the bread.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180º for 30 minutes or until golden.
This bread is delicious!!!!
