- Oil3 tablespoon
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Wheat flour without yeast4 cup
- Warm water300 ml
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Chocolate chips1 cup
- Gem for brushing1 cup
- In a bowl add warm water, sugar and yeast. Mix until all the yeast has returned.
- Then add oil and wheat flour, knead the dough until it is very smooth and soft.
- Open the dough and put the chocolate chips, then roll the dough like a rocambole.
- Unite a form of bread and put the bread to rise for 25 minutes.
- After doubling in size, brush with egg yolk and add a few drops of chocolate on top of the bread.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180º for 30 minutes or until golden.
- This bread is delicious!!!!
