- Cocoa Powder or Chocolate1 dessert spoon
- Sweetener to taste
- Stir everything with a fork. Grease skillet with oil or butter. Place in the skillet until the pasta is cooked. I use to sweeten 1 tablespoon of xylitol, sucralose or honey. Filling suggestion: 50 grams of 70% chocolate, melted 2 tablespoons of cream, or any fruit you prefer. Put all this on the pancake inside the skillet on low heat to melt or soften the fruit.
