- Peanut paste4 tablespoon
- Honey2 tablespoon
- Dose of Whey protein vanilla flavor1 unit(s)
- Medium rolled oats2 cup
- Cranberries1 cup
- Black raisins1/2 cup
- Chocolate 70% chopped or in drops90 g
- In a large bowl place the eggs and beat well until frothy with a fork or fouet.
- Add the peanut butter, honey and whey protein and mix everything
- Add the oats, cranberries, raisins and half of the chopped chocolate.
- Mix everything with your hands until it's very homogeneous like a dough
- Unite a rectangular shape with little butter and oat bran
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for about 10 minutes
- Put the dough in the form and hit it with your hands until it's quite right.
- Place the rest of the chopped chocolate on top and sink a little into the dough.
- Bake for about 15 minutes (it hardens more when it cools)
- Remove from the oven and spread the chocolate that is melted over it to be very homogeneous between the portions.
- Allow to cool completely and cut into bars.
- Wrap each unit in cling film and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes to make the chocolate crispy.
- Tip: Keep it refrigerated to increase durability and make chocolate crispy đ
