- Oat bran4 tablespoon
- Water Flour3 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar1 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Chocolate 70% to taste
- Water150 ml
- Mix the eggs, sugar, cocoa, oat bran and oat flour. Gradually add water. Mix well and finally add the yeast. If necessary, add more water. The texture of the dough is homogeneous and creamy.
- Grease silicone molds with butter. Put the dough and the 70% chocolate pieces. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 15 minutes.
