- wheat flour150 g
- sugar150 g
- margarine60 g
- coconut milk200 ml
- chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- Coverage: chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- Topping:Chocolate granulated0 to taste
- Topping: shredded coconut packet1 unit(s)
- Topping:margarine1 tablespoon
- Coverage: condensed milk1 can(s)
- Beat all the ingredients in the blender for 3 minutes (the consistency of the dough is very liquid).
- Put the dough in a shape of flour and take it to the oven preheated to 180° for 60 min or until it gets hard.
- Let cool and unmold.
- Roof: Mix condensed milk and margarine well together with the chocolate, bring to a low heat, stirring constantly.
- When it starts to boil, count 3 minutes, turn off the fire and place it still hot over the cake (the brigadeiro point is soft).
- Choose the grated coconut (I spread the chocolate sprinkles), let it cool and serve.
