- Butter200 g
- refined sugar300 g
- Wheat Flour450 g
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Vanilla Extract1 coffee spoon
- Mix the sugar, eggs and butter. Add the vanilla and wheat flour until smooth.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Open the dough between 2 plastics. Cut with cutter in the desired shape. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until lightly golden. Wait to cool down and decorate with royal icing.
