- Wheat Flour250 g
- Butter100 g
- Icing Sugar100 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Vanilla Essence1/2 tablespoon
- Mix the butter with the wheat flour. Add the sugar, egg, yolk and essence. Mix well until you get a smooth dough.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 30 minutes. Open the dough between films with the help of a roll in the thickness of half a centimeter. Cut with cookie cutter with design of your choice.
- Place in greased shape or with butter paper and take in preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes until blushing.
