- Whip the egg whites and set aside.
- Whisk the yolks with the sugar until pale. Add the margarine and beat some more.
- Then add the milk, vanilla flavoring and wheat flour. Whisk everything together to mix and thicken the ingredients.
- Mix the yeast into the dough using a spoon or flexible spatula.
- Then, incorporate the snow whites and stir gently with the help of the whisk. Place the paper liners in the cupcake pan (or pie liners). No need to grease.
- Fill the cupcake molds with dough until about a finger is missing from the edge of the mold (3/4 of the mold).
- Take the molds with the dough to the oven preheated to 180 degrees between 25 and 30 minutes.
- To see if it's cooked, after 25 minutes, stick the cupcake with a toothpick - if it comes out clean, you can take it out of the oven, if not, leave it in the oven for a few more minutes.
- Resist curiosity and don't open the oven for the first 10 minutes.
