- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Cut the coalho cheese into not too small cubes.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into slices.
- Transfer everything to a bowl and season with salt, kingdom pepper, oregano and plenty of olive oil. Mix everything with a spoon. Eat with toast!
