- White wheat flour1/2 cup
- Whole wheat flour1/2 cup
- Cocoa powder1/2 cup
- Coconut or brown sugar5 tablespoon
- Oatmeal or Coconut Flakes2 tablespoon
- Coconut oil or 3 level tablespoons of butter5 dessert spoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Milk if you need to bind the dough until it releases from your hands to taste
- Sift all the dry ingredients and mix well. Add oil/butter and egg and mix well.
- If necessary, add a few tablespoons of milk until the dough comes off your hands. Roll out the dough and cut with cutters or knife.
- Light to bake in greased roast and oven preheated to 180º for approximately 20 minutes. Baking time varies depending on the oven and the thickness of the cookies.
