- warm milk250 ml

- Oil120 ml
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Dry Yeast Powder10 g
- Wheat flour2 cup
- grated coconut150 g
- Put all the ingredients in the blender, except the wheat flour and hit it well for 2 minutes, then add the wheat flour little by little, if you think it's too thick just add more milk. Reserve a little coconut to sprinkle on top at the end.
- Pour into a greased and floured pan, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest in a warm place for about 20 minutes until it rises. No need to knead!
- When it has grown, remove the plastic wrap and sprinkle some grated coconut on top, I made a mixture of condensed milk with coconut. I used grated coconut from Sococo.
- Then put it in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until golden.
