- Wheat Flour150 g
- Corn Starch50 g
- Water45 g
- Place the butter and sifted sugar in the mixer and beat well. Place all the other ingredients in the mixer and beat until smooth. Place the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Place the dough in a pastry bag with the pitanga nozzle. Make the cookies in a greased shape or with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes or until golden.
