- Beat the sugar with the margarine in the mixer, add the sifted yolks one by one and continue beating until a light and fluffy cream is obtained. Then add the milk, add the sifted flour and yeast, turn off the mixer and finally pour in the snow whites gently. Bake in a preheated oven for approx. 35 minutes.
- To cover the cake, hit the ingredients in the blender and throw it on top of the cake still warm. Sprinkle with grated coconut and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours.
