- Break the coconut and put it into pieces in the blender along with half of the water. Hit it well. After the coconut is already ground, add the rest of the water, salt and vanilla and beat again. Strain first through a sieve to make it easier and then first strain the liquid and then the coconut pomace in a fleece type cloth.
