  • Cod400 g
  • Potato400 g
  • Milk1 l
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Thyme to taste
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Breadcrumbs1 cup
  • Salt, pepper and parsley to taste
  1. In a pan add the milk, cod, thyme and garlic and let it boil for 5 minutes. Remove the cod and in the same pan with the milk add the potatoes. Let them cook until they are soft. Remove from milk and mash them.
  2. In a pan add olive oil, chopped onion, then garlic and shredded cod. Add parsley, pepper and mashed potato. Remove from heat, add 1 egg and mix well. Remove from pan and let cool. Shape into balls, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.
