- Shredded and desalted cooked cod500 g
- English Potato500 g
- Egg01 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
- Olive oil02 tablespoon
- Onion01 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves03 unit(s)
- Coriander1/2 cup
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cook the potatoes in hot water and mash them with a fork, set aside.
- Put a pan on the fire, add the oil and let it heat up. Then add the onion and garlic, let it brown and sauté the cod.
- When cool, add the cod with the mashed potatoes, add the egg, breadcrumbs, coriander, black pepper and salt.
- Mix with your hands until smooth.
- Make balls in the desired size, pass the breadcrumbs and take it to fry in hot oil.
