- Salted cod fillet500 g
- Large English Potatoes3 unit(s)
- Parsley and chives1 cup
- Eggs, beaten in snow3 unit(s)
- Onions, finely chopped2 unit(s)
- Oil for frying500 ml
- Salt to taste1 to taste
- In a pan put the cod along with the potatoes to cook. After cooking, reserve the cod, mash the potatoes to the point of puree. Add the skinless and boneless shredded cod. Eggs beaten in snow, parsley, chives, onion and salt to taste.
- Take 2 tablespoons and make balls and fry in very hot oil. To serve, drizzle with a drizzle of good quality olive oil.
