- Slice of Minas or Canasta cheese1 unit(s)
- Oil for greasing to taste
- Wash the cabbage and carrots. Chop the cabbage, grate the carrot
- Blend the cabbage, carrot, and egg in a blender.
- On a plate add 2 tablespoons of gum and a pinch of salt and pour the mixture that was beaten in the blender. Stir until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- Place in a non-stick skillet greased with oil until browned on both sides. Add the cheese, close and let it melt over low heat.
