  • Medium rolled oats1 cup
  • Filtered water or milk1/2 cup
  • Strawberry Whey Protein Scoopy2 unit(s)
  • 70% chocolate chips1/2 cup
  • Purple pitaya1/2 unit(s)
  1. In a pan put the oat flakes and water and mix well, leave it on low heat and stir until it thickens and becomes very creamy.
  2. Remove from the pan and place on a small platter or in a glass pot and add the strawberry-flavored whey protein, mix well until smooth
  3. Finish with the chocolate drops and take it to the fridge for about 40 minutes or leave it overnight
  4. Serve with purple Pitaya for a super healthy complete snack 😉
