- Medium rolled oats1 cup
- Filtered water or milk1/2 cup
- Strawberry Whey Protein Scoopy2 unit(s)
- 70% chocolate chips1/2 cup
- Purple pitaya1/2 unit(s)
- In a pan put the oat flakes and water and mix well, leave it on low heat and stir until it thickens and becomes very creamy.
- Remove from the pan and place on a small platter or in a glass pot and add the strawberry-flavored whey protein, mix well until smooth
- Finish with the chocolate drops and take it to the fridge for about 40 minutes or leave it overnight
- Serve with purple Pitaya for a super healthy complete snack 😉
