- Basil to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Burrata1 unit(s)
- Basil Pesto to taste
- Clean the tomatoes and basil.
- Peel the garlic.
- Preheat the oven to 180° for 10 minutes
- Place the cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt and black pepper in the pyrex
- Bake in the oven for 40min
- Take it out of the oven and put the Burata
- Put it in the oven again for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and add the pesto.
- serve with toast
