- Gluten-free oat flour or 100% cocoa powder (or half and half)2/3 cup
- Coconut Sugar (Other)1/2 cup
- Egg whites2 unit(s)
- grated coconut1/2 cup
- Oilseeds (Macadamia is top but it can even be pumpkin or sunflower seeds)1/2 cup
- Vanilla drops5 to taste
- Pinch of salt1 to taste
- Chocolate drops 🍫😋0 to taste
- In a bowl, combine the egg whites and sugar and mix well until dissolved.
- Add the other ingredients.
- If you want to make it half and half, leave the oatmeal and cocoa for last)
- Mix the other ingredients, divide the dough in half and only then put the cocoa in one, and the oatmeal in another.
- Bake for about 20/25 minutes at 200°C preheated oven.
