- 1 and 3/4 wheat1.3/4 cup

- In a bowl, mix the butter and sugars very well.
- Then add the egg to the vanilla and mix very well,
- Then mix the wheat and the salt and the bicarbonate, remember to just mix and not knead. Finally add the chocolate chips.
- Cover the dough with plastic and put it in the fridge for 1 hr.
- After that time, place a piece of parchment paper on the form and shape balls with the dough and put it in the form.
- Bake at 180° degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
- Do not exceed the time once the edges of the cookies are golden and it is good. It gets wet and after it cools it gets to the right spot.
