- Beat the butter and sugar in a stand mixer until pale and creamy. Add the egg and vanilla and beat some more.
- Add the wheat flour gradually, stirring slowly, after all the flour is incorporated into the dough, add the yeast last and mix well and delicately.
- Form balls with the dough and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the sprinkles you want on top of the balls. Place the balls with enough space between them.
- Bake at 180/200 degrees for 10/15 min. Until the bottom starts to turn golden.
